Summer break is already almost over and I am so far behind in posting what we have been up to. Instead of trying to back track and cover all that we have been up to I am just going to fill you in through pictures. So here is what we have been up to since the girls birthdays in May.


Field Day: At the end of the school year we always have a little field day at school. Morgan was super excited for this event and participated in every way.

On May 21st Morgan had kindergarten promotion. We were just so very proud of her.

 Both the girls went in for their yearly check-ups. They both checked out great and continue to be peanuts. I guess they both take after me. Both girls are barely hanging onto the growth charts sitting around the 3% for height and weight.

At the start of summer we had a playdate at Georgia's with two of our girl friends who used to teach with us years ago. It was great to finally have all our kids together to play. 

 The first week of break wasn't too hot yet (just high 90s) so we spent lots of time in the backyard playing.

 We went to PHX for a night so the girls could visit their Uncle Brad and check out his new pool. Within  minutes of arriving at his house both girls were pressing themselves against the back window begging to go outside. We told them they could put their feet in....that didn't last long.

Kenzie is now taking after Morgan and loves to be tossed.

 Morgan lost her second tooth! She wiggled this one out completely on her own!

The sunflower Morgan planted in March with Ms. JoLynn finally bloomed.

Kenzie has started coloring. This was actually Morgan's masterpiece that Kenz decided she needed to add to.

After a trip to Target we returned home and this is what Kenzie was doing. She had stolen Morgan's water cup. The girl knows the best way to shop.

My sister and niece, Lindsey, came to visit for the night! Lindsey snapped this cute pic of Kenzie on our way to lunch. 

Sorry for not writing down any cute stories. There are tons of them to share and so many fun things that both girls are doing, especially together now, but there is no time right now to write. For now enjoy the pics and I will try to be better this next month with more frequent updates.
