Here is one of the gifts she got from Grandma and Grandpa. It is a Black and Decker tool box with all the tools. Perfect for spending time in the garage with Grandpa; one of Morgan's favorite pastimes.
Here is Morgan and her Uncle Brad opening just a few of the gifts he brought for her. This was her favorite; it's a Little People barn with a farmer and all the animals. As soon as she opened it she shouted "E, I, E, I, O!" Now every time she asks to play with her barn this is what she says. It is so cute!
Morgan got this adorable outfit along with some great books from her Great Aunt Carol and Uncle Dave. She loved this outfit and immediately wanted to wear it so she stuck her hands through the arm holes of the overalls. She then refused to take it off. It was so funny to watch her try to then wheel her chair around the room because she could barely move her arms.
This is one of my gifts from Donna and Charley, but Morgan wanted it for herself. After opening all her gifts we hung out with the family for a little while longer. Then they all headed back to Donna and Charley's to clean up (we did breakfast in our pjs) and get ready for Christmas dinner over there. We stayed home for a bit to clean up ourselves and let Morgan nap. We then headed over there for a very YUMMY dinner. Donna out did herself having a Honey Baked Ham, Prime Rib from AJs, and a turkey that they had brined (spelling??). It was all so delicious.
After a long dinner and lots of visiting we sadly had to say goodbye to everyone. It was getting late and we still had lots of packing and laundry to do to finish getting ready for our trip in the morning to San Diego. We are so thankful that we had the chance to spend the holiday with David's whole family.
