Yes folks....that's right. We are expecting another wonderful little girl! We could not be happier, especially after all the great news we heard from the doctor and saw from our little girl today at our 20 week ultrasound. The ultrasound began with the doctor checking out the heart, everything looked perfect. All four chambers are there and functioning as well as all the valves. She then checked out all the major organs including the kidneys, bladder, and stomach. Again, all looked good. She then checked the brain, spine, and mouth. Again everything looked perfect! In addition to checking all the important organs and such she also spent a lot of time as usual checking for movement which we saw a LOT of!!!! This little girl was one active little baby today. She was busy kicking her legs, wiggling her toes, and moving her arms all over. It was so great to hear such wonderful news and such a relief. Thank you to all who have prayed for our little one along the way...please keep the prayers coming. I don't think any of us will be truly at ease until we are holding her in our arms.
Here are the pictures we received from today:

Her cute little profile. As of right now she is a total baldy! This I suspected since unlike her sister I haven't experienced any heartburn.

Another profile pic.
Here's another profile pic, but you can also see the heart. Then it was time to check out some 3D pictures of our little girl!
She kept moving as the doctor was trying to get these shots, so they are a bit blurry.
Each time she went to snap a picture this little one would open her mouth. One time she even stuck her tongue out at us....hopefully that isn't an indication of what's to come :)
Morgan thinks this picture is hilarious. She keeps saying, " Mommy, sister is saying Oh Brother!"
So sweet... we can't wait to meet this little one!Our doctor was so pleased with how everything is looking that she said from here on out we will be treating this like a normal pregnancy!!!! Such wonderful news to hear, but a little strange at the same time. We are so used to seeing her every week or two and now we will be going down to the typical 4 week appointments. On top of that at our next appointment, at 24 weeks, we will just be doing a routine check-up. No ultrasound. She does want to do one more ultrasound at 28 weeks just to help put us all at ease. In the meantime I am definitely feeling this little girl moving more and more. Today she was pretty active even in the middle of the day.
Thought it would be fun to let you all try to decide for yourself if you think our girls will look a like or if this new little girl will be a Conner (Morgan is definitely all Spies...she looks so much like her Daddy and Grandma).
